With my strong feelings about the power of allowing the one eternal creator to tap on you, in the highest and best way with unconditional love

I also had realized that while consciously we may not be aware of what our greatest spiritual blocks, fears, traumas or negative beliefs might be, our subconscious, and definitely the creator and the universal mind would know !

So in essence why not give this a go:

Whilst tapping the karate chop PR spot, you may say " Even though I have this greatest and deepest spiritual block, I love and accept myself deeply and completely, and I thank the one eternal I am for this highest and best healing of this block."

You can do the same with "greatest and deepest fear" "greatest and deepest negative limiting belief" "greatest and deepest trauma" and so forth

Here is a list of what I feel could provide the highest and best healing change

Core traumas
Core fears
Greatest and deepest limiting beliefs
Greatest and deepest spiritual block
Greatest and deepest block to joy and bliss
Greatest and deepest block to presence
Greatest and deepest block to oneness and universal energy

I have been thinking about any possibilities of this method not working incredibly powerfully, and the only thing I could think of was those blocks or issues having many aspects. However using such a powerful spiritual force, and using wording such as the 'core' of this issue, makes me think that even so it would not be an issue that could stay in the face of such healing.

Create a state of mind that presence is a great and healthy and easy state to access
