Hears part of what I do
when you get a feeling that you don't like
A past "trauma" or "depression" or "what ever" 

OK there was a you before and you after the trauma a shift
You have to name the shift _______   ________ _______ and in the session
before each question you have to say the name of the problem ____  _____ _____

there's four sets of three questions

the first three questions you keep asking until there is no more answers to the questions

In or around the shift _____  ______  _______ is there any thing missing
in or around the shift _____ ______ _______ is there any thing put out of sight
in or around the shift _____ ______ _______ is there any thing suppressed
Do not go to the next set of questions until all the emotions have been drained out of these three questions and you can't answer any more

In this next set of questions you need to feel in you body or it maybe feel in a special place like a house you use to live in
you close your eyes and dive in to where that emotion is kept and you ask yourself
In or around the shift ____ ____ ____is there any feeling
in or around the shift ___ ___ ___ is there any emotion
In or around the shift ____ ____ ____ is there any effort
Do not go to the next set of questions until all the emotions have been drained out of these three questions and you can't answer any more

In or around the shift _____ ____ ___is there any mental picture= if you have any pictures ask yourself what you want to do with them "I tear mine up
in or around the shift ____ ___ ___is there any idea = if you thought of the idea just take credit for it, or if someone else did pretend like they're there and say I got it
in or around the shift ____ ____ ____is there any intention = good or bad Ideas
Do not go to the next set of questions until all the emotions have been drained out of these three questions and you can't answer any more

In the occasion where that shift occurred is there any thing that you did  or thought that got got you a win
you know something that made it more bearable
if yes ? have you been stuck with that win
don't worry if nothing comes up

In or around the shift ____ ____ ____ have you been stuck there, just keep asking until your satisfied

by the time you get here the problem is normally gone

If its not gone by now try this
the whole idea is to keep looking at yourself before and after the shift
make a mental picture of your self on your right hand before the trauma you know how you felt before the trauma or shift
and now put your self image of yourself on your left hand after you felt bad after the shift 

make sure you feel the good feelings before and the bad feelings after the shift
Now look at you before the shift and you after the shift go back and forth until the bad fillings are gone

this gives you the ability to shift away from thinking about you problems

all this works so good that most of the time you wont be able to remember you even had a problem

It seems interesting, but I am  not completely clear.  could you give a hypothetical example, or something you worked on?.  and then say what you would say in the different phrases, and some answers you might come up with?.  That would help me.  Thanks!
