I have used EFT with my therapist. When she guided me through the tapping, and the affirmation statements, she stated the affirmations after discussing with me what should be used. How does using my affirmations when she led me through the tapping affect her?

I would think that she would gain any benefits that are applicable to her.  For instance, if she's tapping on you for a cigarette addiction but doesn't smoke herself, she would be even less likely to take up smoking or to have a problem with any other addictive behavior in her life.

Good question, by the way.  Ask your therapist the same question- I'd be fascinated to hear what she has to say.

Namaste.

I don't see her anymore... I always meant to ask her, but I was always "in the moment" with the therapy when I was there. I would leave thinking. "I will ask her nexxt time!" Next time just never happened!!!
