I've been doing a lot of releasing of things lately. One of the best things I've done is this:

List out the most important things in your life. Things you really want. Things you're really attached to.

My list was:

living an awesome life
living on the edge
experiencing everything
really getting my bang for my buck
being the best
having it all
being in control



Now find core events for you having these beliefs and collapse them. The emotional freedom you get from not being attached anymore is amazing.

And on top of this ... wanting these things is assuming you don't have them and reinforces that reality. Get rid of the want and you suddenly find yourself in a position of having it.

Specifics?  Sure, why not!  EFT works best with really specific phrases and problems.  Give it a try and do report back.  I'm going to try this too- attachment is something I need to work on anyway.  Thanks for the great suggestions!

So how do you let it all go, when you don't want to let it all go.  Or at least a part of you doesn't want to let things go.  And then, when you do let things go, what do you put in place to fill the void.  If I do release something, the next negative idea gets put into its place.

There was a you before a past trauma...how you felt...how you looked at life...or some one told you some thing that you believed in and followed that advise but it was truly holding you back from your full potential...or allergies and illnesses that your body is holding on to...I bet if I pretended like I was eating a fake pickle you would feel and taste the sour flavor.
If you tap on how you feel about the emotion from different angles...you will be set free from it
