I've been doing a lot of releasing of things lately. One of the best things I've done is this:
List out the most important things in your life. Things you really want. Things you're really attached to.
My list was:
living an awesome life
living on the edge
experiencing everything
really getting my bang for my buck
being the best
having it all
being in control
Now find core events for you having these beliefs and collapse them. The emotional freedom you get from not being attached anymore is amazing.
And on top of this ... wanting these things is assuming you don't have them and reinforces that reality. Get rid of the want and you suddenly find yourself in a position of having it.
