Any thoughts on how I can use tapping to reduce the pain?  I have tried tapping "the pain in my hamstring" with limited effectiveness...

You have to say stuff like "Even though my hamstring is crippling my ability to walk, I deeply and completely accept my hamstring"

The more personal you make it, the easier it is the associate the emotions to the pain.  The limiting belief is what creates the tension. IT's literally stopping your hamstring from being relaxed.

You sorta have to tell your self you deeply and completely accept your pain, your muscle, your abilities, everything your self is.  If you have it easier by saying "self" then do it Smiley
